本文基于"人工微纳结构中光学新效应"国家自然科学基金创新研究群体的研究成果,介绍了人工微纳结构在光子芯片集成、微纳光场调控、量子受限特性相干过程、新型能源光子材料与器件等方面取得的最新研究进展,并对基于人工微结构的光学超晶格研制的新型全固体激光器作了简要介绍,展示了人工微纳结构丰富的科学内涵和重要的应用前景。
Based on the achievements of NSFC Innovative Team Program-"Study on Novel Optical Effects in Artificial Micro/nano-Structures",this article systematically reviews the progresses in the researches of photonic on-chip integration,micro/nano optical field manipulation,coherent processes in quantum confined system,and new-type energy photonic materials and devices,and briefly introduces the development of optical superlattice based solid state lasers and their applications.
