英文摘要：

The optimum extraction technology of tobacco absolute oil from discarded tobacco leaves by the mixture solvent n-hexane and acetone is investigated.The effects of mass ratio of n-hexane to acetone,ratio of liquid to solid,extraction temperature and extraction time are studied by single factor test.Based on the single factor test,orthogonal experiments are performed to optimize the above conditions.The results show that the optimum extraction technology is as follows： mass ratio of n-hexane to acetone is 6∶4,ratio of liquid to solid is 12∶1,extraction temperature is 50 ℃,extraction time is 4 h.Based on the optimum extraction conditions,the yield of tobacco absolute oil reaches 6.95%.
