目的,通过对我国高等院校近10年来本科体育专业与非体育专业培养方案研究的文献回顾为进一步的相关研究提供依据。方法,本文采用文献综述法,在梳理的基础上,对专业培养方案的研究范式、涉及内容和主要观点进行的分析讨论。结果,1)“专业培养目标”实质内涵的现实性与前瞻性的有机结合是专业方案建构的重点,应当更加看重“专业培养方案”的前瞻性;2)专业培养方案的主体是由“知识体系”、“知识领域”和“课程”三部分构成。从知识的角度比从传统的课程认识和建构专业方案更贴近真实,更务实;3)师资队伍的水平,课程的质量是专业培养方案实现培养目标,造就出高质量的专业人才的基础。抓住师资队伍的建设,提高课程的质量就等于抓住了专业建设的灵魂。结论,现有本科专业培养方案的改革与发展已由“整体结构”设计为中心转向“课程建设”为中心,且课程内涵的确定、教材对课程的表达和教师对课程的演绎将是课程建设的动力来源。
Purpose:The authors have reviewed and studied the undergraduate major cultivation program covering majors of physical education and non-physical education for the past 10 years in colleges and universities in China, which can be served as the basis for further research. Methods: This study is an analysis and discussion of the major cultivation program in aspects of its research style, contents concerned and main schools of ideas by means of literature review and summary. Results: 1)The combination of reality and perspective of the essential contents of the cultivation goal is the focus of the program establishment, and more stress should be put on the perspective of the program. 2)The principal part of the cultivation program consists of three parts, which are knowledge system,knowledge field and curriculum. Compared with the traditional curriculum, to understand and establish the cultivation program based on knowledge is more practical and close to reality. 3) The level of the teaching resource and the course quality are the basis for the realization of cultivation goals and educating high-quality professional talents in the major cultivation program. Focusing on the construction of teaching resource and improving course quality mean clutching the spirit of the major establishment. Conclusions:The reform and development of current major cultivation program has transferred from the original "overall structure centered" research to "curriculum building centered" research. At the same time, the determination of curriculum contents, expression of teaching materials and teachers' interpretation to curriculum will be the main powerful source of curriculum construction in the future.
