为了改变教学内容与企业实际需求脱节的难题,提高塑料成型模具设计课程的教学质量,进行了塑料成型模具设计师工作状况和职业标准的分析研究,并据此构建了以职业标准为基础,以企业塑料成型模具设计师实际工作过程和能力要求为依据的塑料成型模具设计课程.结果表明,职业标准的融入不仅使教学内容与企业需求相统一,而且有效地提升了学生解决实际工程问题的能力,实现了学生能力培养与企业需求的无缝对接.
英文摘要：
In order to solve the problem that the teaching content is out of line with the actual needs of enterprises and improve the teaching quality of the course of plastic mold design, the analysis of the working conditions and professional standards of mold designer is carried out. Based on the professional standard, the plastic mold design course is established on the basis of the actual working process and the ability requirement of the plastic molding tool designer. Practice shows that integration of professional standards not only unifies the teaching content and the enterprise needs, but also effectively improves the students＇ ability to solve practical engineering problems, and realizes the seamless connection between the cultivation of students＇ ability and the needs of enterprises.
