从建设用地利用、投入、产出效益3个层次构建了城市土地集约利用评价指标体系，采用熵值法确定指标权重，对中原城市群8个城市建设用地集约程度进行定量化评价。经过多因素综合比较得出评价结果，中原城市群的8个城市中许昌市建设用地利用最集约，为Ⅰ级，郑州市等3个城市为Ⅱ级，开封市等4个城市为Ⅲ级。最后，根据评价结果提出了促进各个地区城市建设用地集约利用的科学建议。

英文摘要：

This paper quantificationally assess the intensive degree of construction land in eight city of Central Plains City clusters. The primary steps of entropy weight method contains formulating assessment index system which is based on three hierarchy consturction land use, consturction land input, the beneift of consturction land output. The results showed that Xuchang is the best the intensive degree of construction land city, and located in the first level, Zhengzhou City and other two cities situated on the second level, Kaifeng City and other three cities stood on the last leve. At last scientific suggest are done for the problems to land intensive using of the land that city construction of the area.
