在阐述综合体项目发展模式类型的基础上,分析各种项目发展模式的适用条件,提出城市综合体项目发展模式的选择策略,最后以南昌万达广场为案例进行实证研究得出结论:综合体项目发展模式需依据项目所在城市经济发展水平、投资环境、区位环境、开发商自身实力及项目差异化经营等多方面进行决策。
Based on the type discussion of city complex project development mode,this paper analyzes the applicable conditions for each city complex project development mode,proposes the decision strategy for city complex project development mode,and takes Nanchang Wanda Square as study objective to inspect the decision strategy. The results shows that,the decision strategy for city complex project development mode depends on the economy development level,investment environment and location environment of the city the project,the competent of the project developer,and differentiation operation comprehensively.
