淮南矿业集团望峰岗矿-817水平内水仓埋深约850 m,虽经多次返修,但其围岩难以维护稳定.根据地应力场和巷道变形破坏原因的分析,对该水仓巷道原支护方案进行了调整,在返修支护方案中增加了底部反拱,并采用钢纤维混凝土喷层.利用FLAC软件的用户自定义损伤本构模型(UDM)对无支护、原支护方案以及返修支护方案的深部开挖损伤区进行了数值分析,结果表明返修支护方案可以减小开挖损伤区.现场试验结果表明,返修支护方案能够维持围岩巷道的稳定.
The buried depth of - 817 inner water sump of the Wangfenggang coal in Huainan Mining Industry Group is about 850m. Though the surrounding rock had been repaired time after time, it was diffictdt to keep its stability. According to the effect of initial insitu stress field and the analysis of failure causes, a new repairing method for the water sump was developed, in which bottom counter arch and steel fiber reinforced shot - con- crete are used. The excavation damage zones in the deep surrounding rock of the water sump under different supporting patterns were simulated with a user - defined constitutive model of FLAC software. The results indicated that the excavation damage zones can be reduced by the new repairing support pattern. Test in field indicated that the new repairing support pattern is success which can maintain the stabilization of the surrounding rock.
