本文对国内外职业生涯幸福感研究文献进行了梳理,阐述了职业生涯幸福感提出的背景,分析了职业生涯幸福感的内涵和测量方法,比较了职业生涯幸福感鸟工作幸福感的差异。在此基础上,结合工作幸福感等相关研究文献提出和构建了职业生涯幸福感研究的理论框架,从理论上阐明了职业生涯幸福感的前因和结果,并从测量工具、研究方法、研究深度与广度等方面提出了未来研究设想和建议。
This paper reviews the literature of career well-being, elaborates the background of career well-being, analyzes the connotation and measurement of career well-being and compares the differences in career well-being and work-related well-being. On the basis of related research like work-related well-being,it puts forward and establishes a theoretical framework of career well-being research.Then it demonstrates the antecedents and consequences of career well-being from a theoretical perspective, and points out future directions in career well-being research from the perspectives of measurement, methods, research depth and width.
