提出了一种结合区域化SSDA方法进行模板匹配的方法,基于灰度曲线的微血管定位和检测,并利用定位的特征区域的伪色差灰度图像形成图像模板,用于微血管显微图像的匹配和纠偏。在微血管的显微图像序列配准中进行了应用和测试,实验结果表明该方法可以有效应用于显微血管图像的快速匹配分析。
To solve the image positioning problem,a regionalization SSDA method is applied to get a rapid template matching.Gray-scale curves based method is proposed to solve microvascular positioning and checking.Using of targeted regional char-acteristics of the pseudo-color gray image,a template is formed for the image matching and corrective.The method has been used to manipulating the microscopic images in sequence.The related matching results show the method is useful and reliable.
