针对中医药院校非中医药学科专业教师能力发展需求,本文提出通过中医药专题讲座、中医药专业课程旁听、中医药实践活动参与等系统的中医药文化知识学习,对提高非中医药学科教师的哲学思辨能力、多学科结合能力、科研创新能力有不可忽视的作用,尤其在全面提升非中医药学科教师科研能力和水平方面具有重大意义。
Based on the need of promoting non-Chinese medicine teachers' ability in Chinese medicine universities, the article says it has un-overlooked effect on promoting non-Chinese medicine teachers' learning ability, multidisciplinary combination ability and scientific research and innovation ability according to learning traditional Chinese medicine culture systematically through seminar of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine professional course auditing and practice of traditional Chinese medicine, especially in systematic promoting non-Chinese medicine teachers' scientific research ability and level.
