采用紫外辐照对芳纶纤维表面进行改性,研究紫外辐照对芳纶纤维结构及性能的影响,并测试了改性芳纶纤维/炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料的力学性能。结果表明:经紫外辐射处理后,芳纶纤维含氧官能团增加,UV辐照对芳纶纤维表面有明显的刻蚀作用,可改善芳纶纤维表面粗糙度和表面活性。UV辐照对芳纶纤维晶体结构的影响不大,但随着UV辐照时间的增加,芳纶纤维的结晶度降低。同时UV辐照降低了芳纶纤维的单丝抗拉强度。芳纶纤维经紫外辐照后,紫外辐照芳纶纤维(8 min)/炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料的力学性能明显提高。
Surface of aramid fiber(AF) is treated by ultraviolet light(UV) in different time.The microstructure and properties of AF are investigated,and the mechanical property of aramid fiber/carbon black/natural rubber(AF/CB/NR) composites is also studied in this paper.The results show that the oxygen-containing functional groups of AF increase after UV treatment,and the surface of AF is etched with some grooves,improving the interfacial roughness and activity of AF.UV treatment does not much affect the crystal structure of AF,but with the increase of UV treatment time,the degree of crystallinity and tensile strength of AF decreases.Compared with the AF/CB/NR composites without UV treatment of AF,the sample under UV treatment for 8 minutes has better comprehensive performance.
