采用拟牛顿法和模式搜索法以及两者相结合的方法对汽车用爪极发电机进行了优化分析。针对爪极发电机效率低的问题,利用商用软件Ansoft中的RMxprt模块,采用等效磁路法设计了一台2.1kVA电励磁爪极发电机。在此基础上,采用拟牛顿法、模式搜索法以及两者相结合的方法,对电机所有的参数进行了优化,使得在满足约束条件下,效率达到最大值。为爪极发电机的优化设计提供依据和参考。
The optimal design of a claw-pole alternator was performed using quasi-Newton method, pattern search method as well as the combination of both methods. For the low efficiency of the claw-pole alternator, the equivalent magnet- ic circuit of a 2.1 kVA electric excitation claw-pole alternator was presented using Ansoft RMxprt. On this basis, all of the parameters of the claw-pole alternator were optimized using quasi-Newton method, pattern search method and the combina- tion of both methods. The optimization results were given in terms of the maximum of the efficiency and some constraint con- ditions. The results are helpful for the optimal design of the claw-pole alternator.
