At present, there are lots of projects that apply the High-Performance Ferrocement Laminate （HPFL）to strenghten concrete structures, this article conducted a finite element analysis on the spacing of shear dowel, and obtained the depths and spacing of embedded steel bars＇ relation of the embedded steel bars by comparing the calculations of embedded depths of steel bars of different diameters in concrete of different strength grades .
