无机纳米晶-共轭聚合物固体薄膜太阳能电池是一种以半导体纳米晶作为电子受体、共轭聚合物作为电子给体的新型异质结光电池,近年来已成为国内外研究的热点.本文综述了近几年国际上关于这一领域的研究进展,重点讨论了几种最具潜力的无机半导体纳米晶(CdSe、TiO2、ZnO)/共轭聚合物(P3HT、MEHPPV、MDMO-PPV)复合太阳能电池,探讨了其光电转化机理并研究了纳米粒子的形貌、共混比例、制备方法和表面改性等对聚合物太阳能电池性能的影响.
Hybrid inorganic nanocrystal/polymer solar cells which use a nanostruetured interpenetrating network with conjugated polymer as electron donor and nanocrystal as electron acceptor have attracted great interest in the photovohaic field. Based on the recent progress of the world, this article takes a deep look into several promising nanocrystal/polymer Solar Cells ( CdSe, TiO2, ZnO/P3HT, MEH-PPV, MDMO-PPV) and discusses the effect of nanocrystal's morphology, blending proportion, fabrication methods and surface modification on the characteristics of hybrid solar cell.
