超超临界机组的非线性模型及动态特性研究

以泰州电厂1000 MW超超临界机组为对象,对超超临界机组的动态特性进行了研究,通过机理分析和模型简化,采用集中参数的方法,建立了从省煤器、蒸发受热面、过热器到汽轮机的综合模型.建模过程中,将相变点的位置作为独立变量置入模型,成功解决了超超临界工况下机组动态仿真所面临的问题.并进行了二次建模,便于计算机的仿真实现.在仿真模型上进行了阶跃扰动试验,试验结果与实际机组的动态特性基本一致.该模型的建立为超超临界机组系统工程分析和仿真机的开发打下了良好的基础.

英文摘要:

Taking the 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical power unit in Taizhou Power Plant as an object of study,a comprehensive model has been built up covering the economizer,steam generator,superheater and steam turbine,using lumped-parameter method through mechanism analysis and model simplification,so as to study the dynamic characteristics of the unit.In above modeling processes,the position of phase transition point is taken as independent variables,to solve the problem previously encountered by the unit during dynamic simulation under ultra-supercritical conditions.To facilitate computer simulation,twice-step modeling is carried out,with which step disturbance tests are performed.The test results basically agree with the dynamic characteristics of actual system.This may serve as a reference for engineering analysis and simulator development of ultra-supercritical power units.
