This paper summarizes all the negative lists of all the U. S. BITs, and sorts out the items listed in these negative lists according to the industry classification standard of the unified negative list of China＇s pilot free trade zones. Then the paper totals the matchup items up of every sector in the unified negative list. Based on the correspondence relationship, this paper makes a quantitative evaluation on the difficulty degrees of all the sectors in the unified negative list to be listed in China＇s negative list in the China-U. S. BIT Negotiation. Some advices are also proposed about the ongoing China-U. S. BIT negative list negotiation in this paper based on the above analysis.
