针对双方主体给出不完全序关系信息的双边匹配问题,提出了一种匹配决策方法.首先描述了基于不完全序关系信息的双边匹配问题;接着将不完全序关系信息转化为不完全Borda分值矩阵,并进行规范化处理;依据不完全规范化Borda分值矩阵,构建综合Borda分值矩阵和差异度矩阵,进而构建不完全匹配度矩阵.进一步,基于不完全匹配度矩阵构建单目标匹配模型,通过模型求解确定匹配方案.最后,通过人力资源管理中员工与岗位匹配实例来说明所提方法的实用性和有效性.
A matching decision method is proposed to solve the matching problem that the incomplete order relation information is given by two-sided agents. Firstly, the two-sided matching problem based on incomplete order relation information is described. Secondly, the incomplete order relation information is transformed into incomplete Borda score matrixes, and then the incomplete Borda score matrixes are normalized. According to the incomplete normalized Borda score matrixes, the comprehensive Borda score matrix and the difference degree matrix are set up, and then the incomplete matching degree matrix can be built. Based on the incomplete matching degree matrix, a single-objective optimization model is established. The matching alternative is obtained by solving the model. Finally, a matching example of persons and positions in human resource management is given to illustrate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed method.
