热预弯冷却和复合矫直是百米重轨生产过程中最后两道连续变形的工艺环节,最终决定成品重轨的残余应力。采用ANSYS软件隐显转换的方法将热预弯冷却后的重轨模型导入复合矫直系统中,再利用LS-DYNA软件对重轨复合矫直过程进行动力学仿真,得到了重轨残余应力变化规律和分布状态。对轧后重轨残余应力的产生进行了更精确地系统地研究,这加深了对重轨残余应力产生机理的认知。
Hot prebending and cooling and compound straightening are the last two consecutive deformation courses in hundred-meter heavy rail's production, which finally determines the residual stress of the finished product of heavy rail. The heavy rail model after hot prebending and cooling was led to compound straightening system by using the implicit-explicit conversion method of ANSYS software. Then, dynamics of the heavy rail compound straightening process was simulated. The variation and distribution of heavy rail residual stress were gotten by using LS-DYNA software. The generation of the residual stress of heavy rail after rolling was researched more accurately and more systematically. This deepens the cognition to the generation mechanism of the heavy rail residual stress.
