回转窑运行中简体、滚圈、托轮及轴承系统耦合成复杂的多支承动力学系统,运行轴线动态变化和冲击突变载荷将给设备带来复杂振动,从而加速疲劳破坏,增加设备故障率。文中采用传递矩阵法,首先建立回转窑筒体系统的动力学模型,再推导各类激励作用下筒体系统振动的传递矩阵修正响应列阵,最后建立系统的动力响应方程,从而找到计算动载荷和轴线检测动态误差的基本方程。
The wheel, roller and body of rotary kiln are coupled as a complex dynamic system with multi-supporting. Both the change of dynamic axis line and the sudden change of impact load will bring about complex vibration, and accelerate fatigue wreck and increase failure ratio. Based on transmitting matrix method, the dynamic model of the body system is firstly set up, and then the modified transfer matrix column vector of body vibration under various excitations is deduced. Integrating this column into an equation, the system's response equation is obtained and subsequently the basic equation to computer dynamical error and dynamical load is found.
