以HFIP为溶剂,通过湿法纺丝制得PLA和2%PEG+98%PLA纤维,并使用红外光谱和电子强力仪分别对其分子结构和力学性能进行表征。结果表明:PEG的加入对PIJA纤维分子结构的影响不明显,但却明显改善了PIJA纤维的力学性能,特别是断裂伸长率有明显的提高。
The PLA and 2% PEG + 98% PLA filaments have been prepared by wet spinning with the solvent HFIP. FTIP,and electronic strength tester were employed to study the effect of PEG addition on the molecular structure,and mechanical property of PLA filaments. The results indicated that the addition of PEG has little effect on the molecular structure of PLA filament whose mechanical property has been improved,especially the elongation at break.
