目的：探讨蛆虫生物清创疗法在糖尿病足、压疮等难愈性创面中的应用及护理。方法选取11例难愈性创面患者，临床治疗上主要应用蛆虫清创疗法对其创面进行生物清创，护理上针对各自的基础疾病及蛆虫清创治疗进行临床护理及心理护理。结果11例患者的难愈性创面经生物清创疗法平均痊愈时间为（25．0±3．8） d，患者得到了科学周到的护理，心理上接受并认可了生物清创疗法。结论对慢性难愈性创面的治疗，蛆虫生物清创疗法是一个效果肯定且经济安全的治疗方法。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the clinical application and nursing of maggot debridement therapy in the diabetic foot , pressure ulcer and other refractory wounds .Methods Eleven patients with refractory wounds were selected .We used maggot debridement therapy for wound debridement , and implemented considerate clinical care and psychological care for their respective basic diseases .Results The mean healing time of the refractory wounds was （25.0 ±3.8） days.The patients received scientific and considerate nursing and accepted the biological debridement therapy psychologically .Conclusions For the treatment of chronic refractory wounds , maggot debridement therapy is an effective , economical and safe method .
