在研究与分析影响SOC值的因素及传统SOC估算方法优缺点的基础上,提出一种基于扩展Kalman滤波(EKF)的算法对SOC进行估算,依据Thevenin模型建立了电池的非线性状态空间方程,通过引入库仑效率因子计算出电量的动态变化量,并利用此变化量对状态方程进行扩展,使得极化效应的影响大大减弱。实验表明,此方法提高了电池SOC计算的精度,达到了动力汽车的应用要求。
Based on the analysis of factors affecting the SOC and the relative merits of traditional SOC algorithm,the algorithm of extend Kalman filter was applied to predict SOC of lithium-ion.A battery nonlinear dynamic model in discrete-time state-space form was built by Thevenin physical model.Especially in this paper,through the calculation of changing capacity based on coulombic,the polarization was weakened mostly by the improved algorithm of state SOC.The test results show that this new way really can increase the SOC accuracy and meet the demand of electric vehicle.
