增生性瘢痕是皮肤烧(创)伤愈合过度纤维化的产物,严重影响患者的外观和肢体功能。增生性瘢痕形成的具体分子机制尚未完全明确,临床治疗较为棘手,仍缺乏非常满意的治疗方法。除手术治疗外,目前常用的综合治疗手段包括压力治疗、硅酮类软膏或贴膜治疗、激光治疗、放射治疗、冷冻治疗等。只有针对不同患者增生性瘢痕的具体特点,制订个体化的综合治疗措施,才能达到良好的治疗效果。
Hypertrophic scar is the result of the excessive fibrosis during the wound healing after burn and trauma of the skin tissue, which impairs the appearance and extremity function of the patients significantly. The exact molecular mechanism of the hypertrophic scar formation is currently unclear and the treatment of hypertrophic scar is a challenging problem with no satisfactory methods. At present, the comprehensive methods for the sear treatment includes pressure therapy, silicon-based therapies, laser, radiotherapy, cryotberapy, and so on. Multimodality therapy based on the specific characteristics of each patient may lead to a good outcome.
