二维多粗糙峰粘着接触问题的有限元分析

应用Barquins理论的圆柱体粘着接触理论和Maugis-Dugdale模型以及有限元方法分析了圆柱形粗糙峰的刚性粗糙表面与半无限弹性表面的二维微观粘着接触问题。研究了粗糙峰间距,粗糙峰曲率半径和外载荷等参数对金属材料微观粘着接触问题接触压力和接触区域von Mises应力分布的影响。结果表明,在零载荷下,改变粗糙峰间距对于粘着接触没有影响,而改变曲率半径则影响较大。在外载荷作用下,改变粗糙峰间距和曲率半径均会影响粘着接触的压力分布和应力分布。

Using the microscale elastic theory of adhesive contact provided by Barquins theory and Maugis-Dugdale model and the finite element method,the adhesive contact problems between a rigid surface having regularly spaced circular asperities and an elastic half-space are investigated in this paper.The adhesive contact characteristics of different metals are studied for different distances between adjacent asperities,different curvature radii of asperities and different external loads.Contact pressure distributions and stress contours of different parameters are discussed.The results show that adhesive contact characteristics are mostly affected by the curvature radii of asperities at zero loads,whilst the distance between adjacent asperities has no effect.When external loads exist,distance between adjacent asperities and curvature radius of asperities will significantly affect the adhesive contact characteristics.
