目的:探讨九分散对胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)模型大鼠关节病变的影响。方法:建立大鼠CIA模型,分为正常对照组、CIA模型组、九分散低剂量组、九分散高剂量组、地塞米松组,并给予相应处理。观察大鼠的关节炎指数和足爪肿胀度,于连续给药35d后将大鼠四肢关节拍摄x线片,然后处死大鼠,取踝关节制作切片,行HE染色并进行病理学观察。结果:与模型对照组比较,九分散高、低剂量组和地塞米松组大鼠关节炎症指数、病理评分及关节x线评分均明显降低(P〈0.01)。结论:九分散能明显缓解CIA大鼠症状,控制炎症,减轻关节的病理改变及骨质破坏。
Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory and bone protective effect of Jiufensan on collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) rats. Methods: CIA models were copied using SD rats, and the model rats were randomly divided into CIA group, Jiufensan low dosage group, Jiufensan high dosage group, and dexamethasone group, then administrated corresponding drug. The arthritis index and paw swelling degree of rats were observed and recorded weekly. All the rats got joint X-ray af- ter 35 days of drug administration, then the rats were sacrificed and the paws were cut for biopsy. Results: Compared with the CIA group, the arthritis index, paw swelling degree, pathological index and joint X-ray scores were significantly reduced in the groups with Jiufensan treatments(P〈0.01). Conclusion: Jiufensan can significantly alleviate the symptoms of CIA rats, control inflammation and reduce joint pathology and bone destruction.
