目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病与脂肪细胞因子的关系。方法将80例妊娠期糖尿病产妇作为病例组,并进一步分为试验组40例和对照组40例,同期纳入80例健康产妇作为健康对照组。试验组给予综合营养干预方式治疗,对照组给予常规营养干预方式治疗,健康对照组不予以任何处理。比较3组患者的血清脂肪因子含量及血糖代谢指标。结果干预前,试验组、对照组血清中脂联素和内脂素含量低于健康对照组,瘦素、抵抗素、视黄醇结合蛋白4含量高于健康对照组(P〈0.05)。干预后,试验组血清中脂联素和内脂素含量明显高于对照组,瘦素、抵抗素、视黄醇结合蛋白4明显低于对照组(P〈0.05);试验组空腹血糖、餐后血糖以及胰岛素抵抗指数均显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者血清中脂肪细胞因子含量异常,综合营养干预有助于调节脂肪细胞因子含量和糖代谢情况。
Objective To study the relationship between gestational diabetes mellitus and adipocytokines. Methods Eighty patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were used as the case group,then divided into treatment group( n = 40) and control group( n = 40). And 80 cases of healthy women as the healthy control group were included in the same period. The treatment group was given comprehensive nutrition intervention, the control group was given conventional nutrition intervention,and the healthy control group did not give any treatment.Detection of serum fat factor and blood glucose metabolism in three groups were performed by automatic biochemistry analysis.Results Before intervention,the serum adiponectin and visfatin levels in treatment group and control group were lower than those of healthy control,the serum leptin,resistin,and retinol binding protein 4 in treatment group and control group were higher than those of healthy control group( P〈0. 05). After intervention,the serum adiponectin and visfatin in treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group,leptin,resistin and retinol binding protein 4 in treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group( P〈0. 05). The fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and insulin resistance indexes in treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Serum adipocytokines contents in gestational diabetes mellitus patients are abnormal; comprehensivenutrition intervention is helpful to regulate adipocytokines content and glucose metabolism.
