利用半导体激光器(LD)端面抽运位于四镜环行腔中的Nd:YVO4晶体,保证激光器单频运转的腔内光学单向器由TGG和A/2波片构成。腔内倍频晶体选用Ⅰ类临界相位匹配LBO晶体,我们获得了输出功率为360mW,波长为671nm的单频红光。
We design and build a CW single-frequency and intracavity frequency-doubled Nd: YVO4/LBO laser end-driven by a laser diode. A type-Ⅰ LBO crystal , a TGG and a A/2 wave plate are placed inside the ring resonator with four cavity mirrors to be the frequency -doubling crystal and the optical diode, respectively. The single-frequency second harmonic wave output of 360 mW at 671 nm wavelength is obtained.
