针对传统鼠笼式异步电机直接转矩控制存在转矩波动大的问题,提出一种基于滚动优化的新型直接转矩预测控制算法。通过转子磁链近似预测转矩和磁链,经滚动优化评估目标函数来选取最优的电压矢量从而达到最佳控制。同时在电压型磁链观测器中引入补偿电压,提高了电机在启动和低速时磁链观测的准确度。实验结果表明,该控制算法可有效减小转矩脉动,提高动态性能。
Aiming at the large torque ripple existing in traditional direct torque control squirrel cage asynchronous mo- tor,a novel direct torque predictive control algorithm is presented based on rolling optimization.Prediction of flux and torque by using rotor flux approximation, the optimal voltage vector to achieve the best control is selected by using the rolling optimization and evaluation of the objective function.The introduction of compensation voltage in voltage model flux observer improves the motor start and the flux observation accuracy.Experimental results show that the control algorithm can effectively reduce the torque ripple and improve the dynamic performance.
