以水稻(先农3号)为供试材料,研究铝与镉的交互作用对水稻种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,铝和镉对水稻发芽及生长均有显著影响,低浓度的铝能促进芽的生长,高浓度的镉完全抑制根的生长。此外,铝和镉还表现出显著的交互作用(P〈0.01),铝能在一定程度上缓解镉对水稻萌发、根和芽生长的毒性,特别是低浓度条件下这种缓解作用更明显,而镉只能在一定程度上降低铝对水稻萌发和芽生长的影响。在高浓度下,两者还表现出对水稻发芽率、根生长的联合毒性。
With Xiannong No.3 as the material to study the effect of Aluminum(Al) and cadmium(Cd) interaction to Rice(Oryza sativa L.) seed germination and seedling growth.The results showed that Al and Cd affected seed germination and seedling growth significantly,Al increased sprout length at low concentrations,and Cd inhibited root elongation completely at high concentrations.Moreover,there was a significantly interaction(P0.01) between Al and Cd.Al decreased Cd toxicity to germination,sprout length and root elongation,while Cd only decreased Al toxicity to germination and sprout length to some extent.The toxicity of the mixture of Al and Cd to germination and root elongation could be found as cooperative action at high concentrations.
