In order to solve the difficulty of enterprise recruitment and mechanic shortage,modern apprenticeship has emerged as a mode of vocational education. In recent years,as the basic system vector and effective realization form,modern apprentice system has attracted attention from old manufacturing industry in European countries,and has become the basic trend and the dominant mode of current higher vocational education. Modern apprenticeship has become a breakthrough in the development of vocational education.
