采用一体内循环生物流化床反应器处理青岛啤酒厂的生产废水。在温度为(20±2.5)℃、进水pH值为5~6.2的条件下,反应器稳定运行26d,运行期间监测了进出水COD、氨氮、浊度等参数。结果表明,反应器对COD的去除率为88%~98.46%;对氨氮的去除率保持在80%以上,最高可达91.41%;对浊度的去除率为84%~99%;容积负荷最佳值为0.63kgCOD/(m^3·d);污泥负荷最高可达1.37kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d),最佳值为0.47kgCOD/(kgMLSS·d);曝气量以0.3~0.4m^3/h为最佳。反应器运行阶段,在沉淀区可形成8~10cm厚的污泥层,污水进入此区域与很高体积浓度的粗粒絮体接触,形成一个微型澄清池系统,该系统可使出水浊度稳定在100NTU以内,最低可达2.1NTU,反应器运行稳定后对浊度的去除率高达99%。整个运行期间,反应器出水水质达到城镇二级污水处理厂一级标准。
An integrated inner circulation biological fluidized bed reactor was used to treat the Qingdao Brewery wastewater. The reactor was steadily operated for 26 d under the conditions of tempera- ture of (20 ±2.5 ) ℃ and pH of 5 to 6.2, and the parameters of COD, ammonia nitrogen and turbidity were monitored. The conclusions were as follows : The removal rate of COD was 88% to 98.46%. The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was maintained at above 80% , even up to 91.41%. The removal rate of turbidity was about 84% to 99%. The optimal volumetric loading was 0.63 kgCOD/( m3 · d). The maximum sludge loading was 1.37 kgCOD/( kgMLSS · d), with the optimal value of 0.47 kgCOD/ ( kgMLSS · d). The optimal aeration rate was 0.3 to 0.4 m3/h. A layer of sludge with thickness of 8 to 10 cm could be formed in the settling zone. Wastewater entered this zone to contact with the coarse floc with high volume concentration, which formed a miniature clarifier system. The system could make the effluent turbidity less than 100 NTU, with a minimum of 2.1 NTU. During the whole operation period of the reactor, the effluent quality could meet the first level standard of the secondary urban sewage treat- ment plant.
