The protein in vitro digestibility（IVD）, protein solubility（PS）, oligopeptides（OP）, degree of hydrolysis（DH） and lactic acid content in functional soy oligopeptide-protein feeds（FSOPF） jointly developed by institute of animal science, Jiangxi academy of agricultural sciences and veterinary medicine research institute, Jiangxi new world pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were measured. The protein IVD, PS, OP, DH and lactic acid content in FSOPF were 95.54%, 84.01%, 12.03%, 21.78% and 3.03% respectively. It was concluded that the quality of FSOPF was higher. It was suggested that DH was measured to evaluate the quality of FSOPF in actual production in order to reduce the workload.
