以间苯二酚和硫酸二甲酯为原料,用相转移催化法合成间甲氧基苯酚。运用正交设计法,重点考察相转移催化剂种类、原料配料比、反应温度和反应时间等因素对收率的影响,确定的最佳工艺条件:以四丁基溴化铵为相转移催化剂,配料比为1:1.2,温度为80℃,反应时间为8h,收率达到66%。
m - Methoxyphenol was prepared in toluene/H20 solution in the presence of phase transfer catalyst by resorcinol and dimethyl sulfate as raw materials. The influence on the rate of production of m - methoxyphenol a- bout different of catalyst, ratio of mole, react temperature and react time was discussed by using orthogonal design. The optimum reaction conditions were specified as follows : TBAB as catalyst, mole ratio of 1 : 1.2, the reaction tem- perature was 80 ℃ and the reaction time was 8 hours. The yield reached 66%.
