目的:探讨经多孔材料处理的大黄蛰虫丸抗动脉血栓形成机制。方法:将大鼠分为正常组,模型组,多孔材料第1组1—5μm孔径,第2组孔径为5—10μm,第3组孔径为10—15μm,共5组,通过钛铝金属间化合物多孔材料分离筛选大黄蛰虫丸,用处理过的药物干预大鼠,收集血液、血栓模型等,分析血液中血小板计数、血浆血栓素B2(TXB-2)和6酮前列腺Flα(6-keto—PGFld)含量。结果:发现钛铝金属间化合物多孔材料能有效分离筛选大黄蛰虫丸,以孔径为1—5μm为最优。且大黄蜇虫丸能升高6-keto-PGFlOL,降低TXB-2,降低血小板含量,有良好的抗动脉血栓形成作用。结论:多孔材料处理过的药物具有良好地抗血栓形成作用。
Objective: Research on the mechanism of antithrombotic of Dahuang Zhechong Wan Separated and purified by Ti-A1 intermetallic compound porous material (TAICPM). Methods: Dahuang Zhechong Wan which were isolated and screened by TAICPM were used to oral rats. At the end of study, the blood and thrombus were collected. Results: TAICPM, especially the pore size of 1-5pro could screen Dahuang Zhechong Wan well. Dahuang Zhechong Wan could increase 6-keto-PGF1α, lower content of TXD2 and platelet. Conclution: Dahuang Zhechong Wan has a good effect on resistance arterial thrombosis.
