目的：评价超声引导下经皮肝穿刺胆道引流（PTCD）联合经皮内镜下胃造口空肠置管术（PEJ）对晚期壶腹部肿瘤病人营养状态的影响。方法：对30例接受PTCD联合PEJ晚期壶腹部肿瘤病人进行分析，比较手术前、术后1个月经胆汁回输＋肠内营养处理后病人营养状态的变化。结果：30例病人均成功进行了PTCD联合PEJ，经PEJ管胆汁回输＋肠内营养1个月后，血清清蛋白水平、体重、体质指数等均有明显改善，置管前后组内比较差异有显著性统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：PTCD联合PEJ对晚期壶腹部肿瘤病人是一种安全有效维持营养治疗的方法。

英文摘要：

Objective ： To evaluate the effect of PTCD combined with PEJ on nutritional status in patients with advanced malignant tumour of ampulla. Methods： A total of 30 patients suffered from advaneedmalignant tumour of ampulla were treated with PTCD combined with PEJ. The nutritional status of patients were compared before and after the therapy. Results： PTCD ＋ PEJ were successfully completed in 30 patients. The nutritional status of patients were significantly improved （P 〈 0.05 ） after one month of the therapy. Conclusion： PTCD combined with PEJ is a safe and feasible and helpful to improve the nutritional status in patients suffered from advanced malignant tumour of ampulla.
