研究了以橡胶颗粒等体积取代细骨料时,不同橡胶颗粒取代量对自密实混凝土的工作性、抗压强度、应力--应变曲线、抗冻性能、抗硫酸盐干湿循环性能以及电通量等性能的影响。结果表明:橡胶颗粒对新拌自密实混凝土工作性和硬化自密实混凝土性能均有较大影响;橡胶颗粒取代量在15%(体积分数,下同)以内时,橡胶颗粒的掺入可较好地改善新拌自密实混凝土工作性;橡胶颗粒可显著提高自密实混凝土的峰值应变以及抗离子渗透性能,橡胶颗粒取代量大于10%时,对自密实混凝土的强度、抗冻性能及抗硫酸盐干湿循环性能有明显不利影响。
Influence of rubber particles (RP } contents on the workability, compressive strength, stress-stain curve, dry-wet cy- cle with sodium sulfate solution, freeze-thaw cycle and electric flux of self-compacting concrete (SCC) was investigated. The results show that rubber particles have a great influence on the properties of SCC. When substituted amount of RP is 〈15% (Volume fraction, the same below), RP can improve the workability of fresh SCC. RP can improve the peak stress of SCC and the capability of resistance to chloride ions permeability of SCC. When substituted amount of RP is 〉10%, RP has a negative influence on the strength, capability of resistance to freezing and thawing cycle and sulfate attack.
