The article studys theoretical foundation on space variety of urbanization response to industrial structure evolvement. Starting with industrial structure evolvement and urbanization response＇s basic conception , the article discusses the region difference theory of the urbanization response to the industrial structure evolvement,and structures theory frame of space variety that the urbanization responds to the industrial structure evolvement .According to the law of the urbanization response to the industrial structure evolvement, on the basis of regional characteristic in Jinlin province, the article analyses the advantage and disaduanage factors, current situation and existing problem of interactive function of the industrial structure evolvement and the urbanization in typical region of Jinlin province, and puts forward control countermeasure of the urbanization response to the industrial structure evolvement in different regions .
