在城乡统筹规划中,城乡建设用地面积的确定是优化城乡空间结构,发挥土地综合生产功能和生态服务功能,集约高效利用土地资源的首要条件。本文尝试运用人地和谐分形关系的思想方法,应用GIS空间分析技术,以合理集约利用土地资源、保护生态环境为目标,对成都市新都区城乡聚落与水系的分形关系规律进行实证研究,并由此探索了确定与自然处于和谐包容状态的城乡建设用地面积最优值和最大值的分形测算方法。
In urban-rural integrated planning, ascertaining the area of urban-rural construction land is the key to optimize the spatial structure, to fully exert the functions of land in production and ecological dimensions, and to high-efficiently use the land resources. Using the ideology of human-earth harmonious fractal relation and the technology of GIS, this paper examines the fraetal relations between stream system and settlements in Xindu District of Chengdu City with the targets of intensive use of land resources and protection of ecological environment. And it explores the fractal calculating methods of urban-rural construction land for optimum and maximum area.
