从人才引进和人才流失的视角建立了组织内隐性知识传播的微分动力学模型,然后通过对模型平衡点的求解及对影响求解结果的参数分析,得出了相关定理和推论。阐释了人才引进和人才流失对组织内隐性知识传播的直接作用,为组织的知识管理提供了对策和启示。本文研究为组织管理者掌握隐性知识传播的规律,并采取有效措施促进和控制隐性知识的内部流动提供了理论指导和建议。
From the angle of introduction and loss of talent,this paper establishes a differential dynamic model for intra-organization tacit knowledge transfer.Through the analysis of the main parameters which influence the model solution,the author puts forward some theorems and deductions,and explains the key direct role of talent introduction and talent loss on tacit knowledge transfer.The findings of this paper provide new theoretical thinking for organizational managers to understand the law of tacit knowledge transfer and to promote tacit knowledge transfer in practice.
