在考虑环空携岩、地面机泵额定压力、钻井液当量循环密度、钻头水功率和井下动力钻具等因素的影响前提下对钻井液排量优选进行了研究。以新垦601井的基本数据为基础,采用不同约束条件下的钻井液排量计算模型对排量进行了计算。计算结果表明,环空携岩约束条件下优选出的排量值最小,地面机泵条件下确定的排量值最大;ECD可确定一个排量范围,保证井眼不坍塌、不破裂;井下动力钻具在最佳工作状态时也可确定一个排量范围。在实际钻井中,为使所设计的排量具有使用价值,须确保优选的钻井液排量满足所有约束条件。
Research on the optimization of drilling fluid displacement was conducted considering annular cut- tings carrying, rated pressure of ground pump, equivalent circulation density of drilling fluid, water power of drill- ing bit and downhole power drill tool. On the basis of the basic data concerning Well 601 of Xinken, the calculation model of drilling fluid under different constraint conditions was adopted to calculate the displacement. The calcula- tion shows that the optimized displacement value is the minimum in the cuttings carrying constraint condition while the determined displacement value is the maximum in the ground pump constraint condition. The ECD can deter- mine a displacement range, ensuring that borehole does not collapse and break. The downhole power drill tool can also determine a displacement range in the optimal operating condition. In practical drilling, displacement is con- strained by some factors. To ensure that the displacement designed has a service value, the optimized drilling fluid displacement should meet all constraint conditions.
