针对理论上关于子公司网络关系强度与子公司主导行为内在机理尚未明晰的现实,在已有研究基础上,本文结合宝钢集团案例,系统剖析了子公司网络关系强度影响子公司主导行为的内在机理,提炼出相关命题,并构建理论模型。研究认为,在外部环境一定条件下,集团内子公司网络关系强度与予公司主导行为正相关,且联合价值创造与价值攫取两种关系价值机制在其间具有中介效应,依赖非对称性具有调节效应。上述研究既拓展了母子公司关系网络和子公司主导行为的研究视角,也为子公司如何架构自身的母子公司关系网络提供了理论指导。
Since Birkinshaw formally put forward suoslalary mxtm- tire concept, much relevant literature began to explore the logical starting point, process, classification and practical impact of sub- sidiary's initiatives and at the same time analyzed their influence factors from multiple perspectives. Although these studies reached a consensus on that subsidiary network relationship strength will af- fect the whole process of subsidiary initiative including opportunity identification subsidiary initiative, seeking support and obtaining resource commitment, positive correlation, negative correlation and inverted u-shaped relationship controversies still exist in terms of its effect. An in-depth analysis shows that, the main reason for the theoretical divergence mentioned above lies in the different status of each subsidiary in group, which may cause the difference in in- terdependence between parent company and subsidiary companies. The difference in network relationship strength of subsidiaries may induce subsidiaries to take mutually beneficial behavior to create new value, or take self-interest behavior to grab existing value, thus influencing subsidiary's initiatives. However, existing researchrecognized the direct influence from subsidiary network relation- ship strength on subsidiary initiatives, and discussed the joint-value creation and the value appropriation between parent company and subsidiary companies, but didn't mention the influence of mutual dependence between parent company and subsidiary companies. In view of the fact that the internal mechanism of effects of subsid- iary network relationship strength on subsidiary's initiative is not yet clear in theory, based on existing research and combining with the practice of Baosteel Group, this paper systematically analyzed the internal mechanism of effects of subsidiary network relationship strength on subsidiary initiatives, extracted relevant propositions and constructed a theoretical model.
