静电纺丝纤维形貌的研究

综述了溶液粘度、电荷密度等因素对静电纺丝纤维形貌的影响。在静电纺丝过程中,溶液粘度与电荷密度是影响纤维形貌的主要因素,它们具有协同作用。同时,这两个因素本身也受溶液浓度、聚合物分子量、溶液电导率等因素的影响,因而在纺丝时需综合考虑以上因素以获得形貌完善的纤维。

英文摘要:

The parameters such as the viscosity of polymer solution and the density of charges, which influence the properties of the electrospun fibers, are summarized here. The viscosity of polymer solution and the density of charges have primary effect on the morphology of the fibers. These two factors cooperate mutually in the process of electrospinning.. However, they are also influenced by some other parameters such as the concentration and conductivi- ty of the solution and the molecular weight of the polymer. To get the perfect appearance of the fibers, these parameters need to be considered.
