Five flavonoids were isolated from Eupatorium catarium,a alien invasive plant.On the basis of spectral methods,their structures were identified as 5,6,7,4′-tetramethoxyflavone（1）,7-hydroxy-5,6,4′-trimethoxyflavone（2）,4′-hydroxy-5,6,7-trimethoxyflavone（3）,5,4′-dihydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyflavone（4） and 5,7,4′-trihydroxy-6-methoxyflavone（5）.All compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
