本文以固体电解质CO2传感器为基础,设计制造了一种新型CO2传感检测仪。通过对传感器件特性的分析和测试,在接口电路上采用了“上电自校正”电路,以此来抑制器件本身所存在的输出信号对于时间的不规律变化的弊端;在数据处理上采用了新式的“浮动查表法”来进一步剔除时间因素的影响。同时,对于温度和感应电场对系统稳定性的影响进行了讨论分析,给出了具体的解决方法。本仪器设计的特点是采用软硬件相结合的方法来弥补传感器自身所存在的不足,实际应用表明,该仪器具有很高的实用价值和广泛的应用前景。
A new CO2 detecting apparatus was designed based on Na Superionic Conductor CO2 gas sensor. To reject the instability of the sensor's output in long time, a "power-up self-adjusting" circuit was used based on analyzing and testing the sensor's properties. Furthermore, the "floating lookup table algorithm" was adopted to deal with the influence of time. In addition, the influences of the temperature and the faradic field on the system stability were discussed, and the solutions were given. The apparatus features combining software and hardware to compensate the defects of the sensor. Application shows that the apparatus has very good practical value and application perspective.
