数字化配电变电站中利用多间隔数据的实时共享融合能有效提高变电站的保护测控性能,但需要解决变电站过程总线中跨间隔数据交换的高度实时性和稳定可靠性问题。文中从配电变电站继电保护对数据共享需求的角度出发,评估"面向间隔"、"面向位置"设置过程总线传输采样值(SAV)和通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)报文时的通信特性,并分析讨论了"面向功能"设置过程总线通信时存在的问题和解决方案。研究表明:在网络流量位于运行范围内,各间隔报文长度相同时,所能实现数据共享的最大间隔数与单间隔信号采样率近似成反比;100Mbit/s网络下,面向间隔和面向位置的过程层组网方式基本能够满足每周期400点以下采样率的数据共享,主要时延及数据共享限制取决于交换机的性能。
Performance of protection and control function in relay based on IEC 61850 protocol can be significantly improved with real-time data sharing among multiple bays for digital substation.To achieve it,the first challenge is to resolve the real-time sampling data sharing and communications between IEDs.In response to this question,the communication in process level is analyzed from points of network topologies with bay-oriented and same voltage level oriented respectively;the study on the process network with function-oriented is proposed,and the existing problems are also basically provided with solutions.It is concluded that the maximal number of bays with data sharing is inversely proportional to the sampling number in single bay when network flux is in the range of operation and if the message size is same in all bays.And the data sharing under 400 points sampling per cycle can be satisfied with bay-oriented and same voltage level oriented network topologies in 100 Mbit/s network;the most communication time delay and data sharing limitation is depended on performance of the switchers.
