由于相似异物与所处背景的外观特征极其相似,常规的红外光谱成像方法无法获取相似异物的图像特征,使目前红外图像检测技术遇到新的挑战.论文针对复杂背景中相似异物检测难题,提出了一种基于红外多波长透反射(infrared multi—wavelength transmission reflection简称IMWTR)成像技术的相似异物检测方法.该方法在分析相似异物与所处背景红外多波长成像特性差异基础上,在红外多波长成像中引入透反射结构,由此建立红外多波长透反射成像技术并构建了数学模型.针对棉花中白色丝状异物进行实验,在近红外波段将反射940nm及透射780nm图像融合获取异物特征,然后利用图像处理提取棉花中多种异物.该方法为相似异物检测提供了一条切实可行的新思路.
Image detection techniques currently face a new challenge that it is difficult to acquire image features of similar foreign materials for their same appearance as the background. To resolve the problem of detection of similar foreign materials in the complex background, a detection method based on infrared multi-wavelength transmission reflection imaging technology was proposed in this study. According to the method, the infrared multi-wavelength imaging method was applied to a transmission reflection detection system, and a mathematical model of infrared multi-wavelength transmission reflection imaging was constructed after analyzing the imaging characteristics discrimination between the similar foreign materials and the background. In actual application of detection of white filiform foreign materials in cotton at near infrared region, the foreign material targets were extracted by using image processing technology from fusion image of 940nm wavelength image and 780nm wavelength image. The experimental results indicate that this method is a novel practical mean for detection of similar foreign materials.
