构建了基于扫频激光干涉技术的数控机床几何误差测量系统,介绍了测量系统的关键组成模块,给出了扫频激光干涉测量系统的总体结构和工作原理.以三轴数控机床为例,分析了数控机床的几何误差参数并构建了机床综合误差模型,分析了机床几何误差参数不同的辨识方法的特点,提出机床几何误差参数辨识的7线法,基于此系统实现误差数据的采集和机床几何误差参数的快速辨识;最后通过具体试验测量三轴数控机床误差,得到其几何误差参数的辨识结果.
It proposes the laser wavelength scanning intetferenee error measuring system, which analyzes the building and constructs of error measuring system. With three-axis NC machine tools as an example, it analyzes the geometric error and the precision model of NC machine tools. After that a seven-line method is proposed here. The seven-line method is a new geometric error parameter identification method, which is simple and accurate in geometric error parameter identification. Finally, an experiment has been conducted on a milling machine; offer the calculation and analysis of the measuring data, the geometry error parameters are given.
