以金属Al,Si,SiO2,SiC为原料,采用干压成型法制备试样,试样的氮化烧结每件为1450℃,1500℃,1550℃,1600℃各保温2h。试验结果表明:采用β′-Sialon质量分数为35%。SiC质量分数为65%的配料组成的试样,经1550℃保温2h的氮化烧结,可制备出烧结性能良好的SiC-Sialon复相材料,其体积密度为2.97gem^-3。气孔率14%,常温抗折强度可达52.3MPa。
The composite material was prepared from the active materials of Al, Si, SiO2 and SiC by dry pressure molding, which was sintered in N2 for two hours at 1450℃, 1500℃, 1550℃ and 1600℃. The test results show that SiC - Sialon composite material with high performance was prepared in N2 for two hours at 1550℃, which consists of 35% β′-Sialon and 65% SiC. Its bulk density is up to 2.97g · cm^-3 porosity to14% , transverse strength at normal temlberature up to 52. 3MPa.
