水杨醛和邻羟基苯胺为原料通过缩合和氧化两步反应,无溶剂条件下合成得到HBO,通过实验优化反应条件,最佳反应条件为以BTI为氧化剂,40℃,反应50min得到目标化合物HBO,反应收率达84%,目标化合物通过核磁和质谱得到确证。
In the paper, we reported the development of a simple condensation and oxidation from starting compound salicylaldehyde and 2-hydroxylaniline to give 2-(2'-hydroxyphenyl)benzoxazole (HBO) under solvent-free condition.We used BTI as oxidant in ring-closing step and investigated opti- mized condition under 40℃ ,50 minutes to give target compound HBO in good yield.Target compound was confirmed by 1H NMR,13C NMR and LC/MS.
