采用氯化物-硫酸盐混合体系电沉积Fe-Ni-Cr合金。分析了电镀液中产生有机杂质和金属杂质的途径、处理方法和对镀层质量的影响。电镀液中有机杂质可采用活性炭处理,金属离子杂质Cu^2+、Zn^2+、Pb^2+、Sn^2+含量分别不能超过0.06g/L、0.34g/L、0.27g/L、0.15g/L,可采用低电流电解法除去。
Fe-Nr-Cr alloy eleclrodepositing in chlorid-sulfate solution was performed. The forming reasons of impurities, methods for treating impurities and effect of impurities on the properties of coating were analyzed. The organic impurities in the hath could purged by activated carbon. The concentration of Cu^2+ , Zn^2+ , Pb^2+ and Sn^2+ should not be more than 0. 06 g/L,0. 34 g/L,0. 27 g/L and 0. 15 g/L respectively. The metallic ions in the hath could be eliminated by electrolysis with low electric current.
